It took me a little while to find but I am so glad I did. Uncheck "Enable Third party browser Extensions". Error was related to IE not reponding when I entered a website and attempted to do a search eg : Secured website at work (ALDON) or at an public site like Unlike hackers I have other things to do with my personal life than fixing my damn home computer.
